How long does it take to ship my item out after purchasing? (Non Customized Products)

  • All items are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the order.
  • All items are shipped from California and through USPS or FedEx for bigger items.
  • IF you have a PO BOX please let me know as well. USPS won't ship to your house and can only ship to PO BOX.

Estimated Time frame:

  • West coast = 1-3 business days
  • Central = 2-4 business days
  • East coast = 4-5 business days

If there are any delays or items that went out of stock I will notify you through your email immediately.

    Most parts are available to ship to these locations. However the shipping on this platform only allows for domestic states. The shipping may cost a lot more in reality. Customized / Special Order Headlights: Time Varies Based on Job Queue

  • Customized Products completion times may vary due to jobs ahead. Example: RGBW Spec-D Tails take around a week to complete. If there are 3 retrofit jobs placed ahead of your order, that order is now in a queue for completion. I will always do my best to get orders out quickly but please try to understand these customizations take time. Rushing jobs will only lead to product failiure or quality issues. Every customized job is pre-tested multiple times before they are shipped. 


Disclaimer Regarding Custom Light Usage on Road:


  • All customized lights that are not regulated colors are meant for OFF-road usage only. Use colors other than what's normally regulated (White/Amber for Front, Red/Amber/White) at your own risk.
  • Customers are responsible for knowing their own local laws regarding light colors, and usage.

Controller FAQ: What's the Difference Between Standard Controllers & BlueGhozt?

Standard Controller:

  • Standard Controller Option is mainly for users who want easy flowing animation patterns but do not want to configure, or customize their patterns/lights with the app. It's a basically a user friendly app where you choose colors, animations, and has sequential turn signals, and white daytime running lights (reverse for tail lights).
App Controller & Control Screen (Setting Animations or Colors)

  • The standard controller has sequential amber turn signals only. You cannot speed up the blinking rate, or change it from the sequential function. It is fixed to perform sequential turn signals only.
  • White Daytime Running Light connector is for those who want the lights to automatically light up pure white when the vehicle turns on. This eliminates the need to connect to the app and change it to white. However, when this connector is plugged in and the vehicle is on, the color is affixed and stuck on white only (except with performing turn signals). You cannot change it to other colors until the vehicle is off, and you change the color via bluetooth app.
  • For Tail Lights, the white DRL is switched to reverse function. If you want your tail lights to change the RGBW LED retrofitted section to white reverse, you plug in the connector.
  • Starting from 9/8/2025, all builds with these controllers will come with a Wireless RF Relay and KeyFob to completely shut off the controller to avoid battery drainage.

BlueGhozt Controller Option:

  • The Ghozt controller has endless customizations fit for show cars. The animations are way flashier and faster, while still allowing smooth flow animations. You can also, always change the animations on the go meaning it's not affixed to that particular setting. One day you could have a nice rainbow road startup animation, the next day you could have it set to a stacking mode (similar to Tetris).
  • We include a Wireless KeyFob to activate ShowMode whenever. Your headlights will go off with a press of a button. Controllers are setup with a RF relay to save power automatically from the Ghozt Controller. However if you do not drive your vehicle often, we highly recommend using a battery tender as there is a small parasitic drain. You may also pull the fuse to the BlueGhozt if the vehicle will be inactive for awhile.
  • Sequential Turn Signals: You may choose the animation, whether it would blink, have a sequence, reverse sequence, and other different animations. You can also choose what color your turn signals are as well and it's not fixed to just Amber.
  • Parking/DRL: You can choose up to 2 different colors for the DRL settings. This means if your headlight has multiple RGBW components you can set different sections with 2 different colors. Example: Subispeed headlights C-Light section is White, while the 'Gilles' section is Green. You may also set a startup animation as well as a shut down animation. This means when the Parking/DRL is toggled, the lights will perform the startup animation. You can also set up a shut down animation such as "Reverse Sweep" which reverses the animation backwards.

Shut off Animation (Reverse Sweep):

  • BlueGhozt also offers for tail lights- Reverse/Brake (Hyper Blink). If you find yourself not liking the brakes or reverse extra functions, a simple tap off the icon on Ghozt will disable it. 
  • Don't Worry! All Orders with BlueGhozt Controllers are sent videos that elaborate and show the settings per build as they are all different from each other. You will receive a save-able video guide on all the settings and explanations. It looks intimidating but once you go through it one by one it's literally just asking you how many LEDs are in this section? And what colors and animations do you want?

 Show Mode Animations / Settings for Turn Signal / DRL / Settings for LED Chipset

All Orders that have lights that perform functions will be sent video reference guides on how to connect the controllers. However physical installment of product such as headlights, tail lights, F1 light, are on the customer's responsibility.

 

Warranty Information 

Customized, Special, or Modified Products:

  • Due to the nature and customization of these products, they are not returnable for refunds for any reason. Once you order a customized product and the retrofitting is in progress, you are not able to cancel the order. Please understand these are products tailored specifically to you. 
  • Orders may be cancelled ONLY before production. If production as started, cancellations are not allowed. This could mean hardware, or special products/materials ordered for your customized product (clear side markers, paint, special halos, etc).
  • There is a 20% cancellation fee on orders that are able to cancel. 


Return Period:

  • All items that are returnable have a 14 day return policy from the delivery date. All returns must be initiated by emailing us in with your order # and return reason.
  • Items are not eligible for a return after 14 days have passed.
  • There is a restocking fee of 10-20% on items returned in brand new, pristine, resellable and restockable conditions. This means that if you received your package the way you returned it, you would deem it as brand new and never been touched before.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Any returns require original packaging box for return. If you do not have the original packaging box it is not eligible for return. For items that do not come with original BRAND packaging box (ie. Spyder Auto), you can return it with the original packaging material or another similar sized box. If you receive a 10x5x5 box and use a return shipping label to return a 25x25x25 box that difference in return shipping cost will be applied on your refund. 
  • Damaged products from shipment: Item cannot be installed or used and must remain brand new in the original packaging box. I will help you replace the item and exchange it only if it's brand new. Any items found to be tampered with, modified, or installed and showing shipping damages are voided for any types of returns.
  • Buyer assumes all responsibility for return shipping purposes. Restocking fees may apply to items or returns that are non defective/damaged.
  • Item condition: Must be brand new to be eligible for a return. Any item found to be used, installed, or tampered with is not eligible for any types of returns.

WARRANTY:

  • Warranty constitutes in an event that a part fails naturally, or is defective, or pre-maturely within the warranty date, that product may be sent back in for repair, or replacement. Mis-use, physical damages, or modification done that is not by RetroLux voids all warranty on the product.
  • Customized Products (RGBW Retrofitted) have ONLY warranty on RGB Bluetooth, RGB C Strip, or Demon Eyes Modules for up to 1 Year from the Order Date.
  • Once a product is customized it does not retain the manufacturer warranty with the original brand (example Subispeed Original LED Projector)
  • Please email for more warranty information if you have a question on anything.
  • All 'Budget' Retrofit Projectors have a 6 Month Warranty only. All NHK Projector Retrofits have a 1 Year Warranty.
  • Warranty Shipping is Covered within 30 days of the Order Date. Anything beyond that period will be responsibility of the consumer. You may contact me for quotes on shipping labels for orders, returns, etc.
